She loves HER job!
Welcome to the nutrition challenge to increase your fertility with our mentors! Here you will learn the first steps, and then you can implement them by yourself or work with our mentors for more sessions.
The Fertility Diet's premise is simply to add more of what is good for you into your diet, rather than focusing on what to cut out. It is built from these essential building blocks:
Movement & yoga with our mentors for women & men who want to become parents on why is it important to exercise. Here you will learn the ABC, and then you can implement it by yourself or work with our mentors.
Exercise, in general, is a boon for the entire body when you are getting ready for the baby, and yoga is a great low-impact way to tone and tighten. It is also much easier to start a yoga practice and get into the habit when you’re not yet dealing with morning sickness and fatigue, which is essential because exercise reduces your risk of gestational diabetes and other pregnancy complications.
More importantly, yoga is a workout designed to help you relax, making getting pregnant easier.
All these benefits and the research done on yoga and fertility seem to point out that while there is no direct cause-and-effect link between doing yoga and getting pregnant, it may indirectly help you conceive.
