I am thrilled and excited to have been offered the possibility to share my experience and knowledge gained in the last 7 years as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist to the members of She is Mom platform.
As a father of 2 who spends a lot of time working, I know firsthand how hard it is for stay at home or working moms to make time for themselves, work out, and sometimes even find the motivation to stick to a diet plan.
I also know how important it is to have someone who can support you and motivate you during the start of your journey to a healthier and happier you. And let’s face it, if you are healthy and happy, having more energy and stamina, your time spent with your kids will be so much more fun. Your kids will be happier with you playing and running, and so will you!
This being said, you can choose for nutrition, personal training, or nutrition and personal training packages, whatever works better for you.
We will start by having an online meeting for the nutrition package to get to know each other, find out your goals, and discuss what you enjoy eating and whatnot. I will then pencil in your nutrition plan (yes, we can include something sweet here and there) and be there for you on Whatsapp if you have questions or simply need some motivation to keep you going.
For the personal training package, we will also start with an online meeting to achieve the same, get to know each other, find out your fitness goals, make up a schedule for the PT sessions, which will happen on Zoom.
This being said, I can hardly wait to meet you and support your journey.
