"Here, I had the chance to participate in various recruitment projects. I practiced on the sourcing side for various roles: Software developers, Project Managers, and Accountants. I like this part of sourcing.”

"I learned a lot of new things related to the procedures, not necessarily the hiring process. Through the lens of the job that I have performed so far, I have had the opportunity to hire many people in the marketing department. I knew what the general process was, but in this course, you have the opportunity to see step by step how the whole process happens."

"I signed up and agreed to participate in this course because I have yet to deal with recruitment in my experience, I'm more of a generalist. But to complete the horizon of an HR person, you also need to have knowledge and experience on the recruiting side."

"This course would help me no matter what field I choose. I have worked in various fields so far, not only in recruitment but nevertheless, the common factors were people and the relationships you develop with people."

"I entered unprepared from a theoretical point of view. From a practical point of view, I have participated in recruitment processes. All of us who have some experience in work have encountered the recruitment process, and the Experience with Talent Center brought me a centralization and a clarification of the processes. It was very useful for me, and the information was focused but broad."

"Considering that I had no experience in the field, 95% was something new for me. the sourcing, the candidate approach, the interviewing, and the side things of the job."
