How to "I am Woman" profile

You need to create a professional profile so that we can match your experience and skills with a company's open position and find a job that is right for you.
Your She is Mom profile is the professional presentation of your experience and also a landing page for your personal brand.

Your She is Mom profile will have information about who you are, your goals, what you are interested in, what you are good at, and what you want.
Your profile will not be publicly visible on the website. Your complete profile will be seen only by the company's representative, whose job requirements match your experience, skills, and professional info.
For the profile to be matched, it must be 100% completed (video presentation and portfolio included.)

So let's start.

  • Go to https://www.sheismomclub.com and click Login
  • Enter your email address & password
  • Click on your name in the top right corner
  • Select Edit "I am woman" profile

Before starting working on your profile, we recommend you watch the videos listed in your profile on the left side of the page.
Your profile must be written in English.
What "I want my profile published" means:

Check

  • Your profile is complete, and ready to be validated.
  • After validation, your profile will be matched.

Uncheck

  • You may deactivate your profile if you find a job and do not want to participate in the matching program.
  • Your profile will be saved but not active. You may reactivate your profile anytime.

You can review/edit your profile at any time. Any changes made will be active only after validation by our staff.

About you: A description of your professional experience, your expertise, your accomplishments, and what you are looking for.

A first paragraph should contain two to three sentences.

Include your combined work experience (years of work experience), your major area or industry of focus (business services, communications, education, engineering, financial, media, technology, and so on), and the types of companies you have worked for (large, medium-size, startups, entrepreneur).

The second paragraph should include a high-level explanation of your accomplishments and activities (developed marketing strategy, optimized business processes, built teams).

List your specific professional competencies within your industry (Social Media, Marketing, Human Resources, Recruiting, Financial Management.)

Example:

"Human resources executive with expertise in systemic consultancy, understanding and managing organizational change, an interdisciplinary approach focused on boosting personal and organizational development, growth management, and culture change. Add the links for the social media platform you use: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, GitHub, etc

Job Category: your specialization (what you are looking for in a job)

Job Type: type of employment - you want to work full time, part-time, remote, project-based, freelancer

How many hours per week can you work: your working hours' availability

Where do you want to work: the type of location you prefer to work

Location: The city of your residence: ex. Bucharest, Prague, etc

Experience: Years of professional experience: ex. 5 years

Last Graduated Form of School: ex. Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree

Salary: your salary expectations (a fixed sum)

Currency: choose the currency you prefer

Top Skills: Input your technical skills: ex. SEO; Microsoft Office, Accounting, Google Analytics, Photoshop

Click: Next to continue to the next category

Skill name: list your skills, technical (hard skills) & interpersonal (soft skills); Choose skills that reflect the job position: ex. Communication, Creativity, Accounting, Graphic design, Google Analytics, ROI measurement

Value: insert a percent of Skill level

To add another skill, Click Save changes (on the left part of the page)

Click: Next on the right part of the page and go to the next category

Language name: list the foreign languages you master

Value: insert a percent of your level of language proficiency

To add another language, Click Save changes (on the left part of the page)

Click: Next on the right part of the page and go to the next category

List your experience in reverse chronological order (most recent work history on top)

Company name: Name of the employer

Position: Name of the job title

Period: Month/Year to Present, ex. Jan. 2017 - Present

Responsibilities / Description: List your responsibilities

ex.:

- Managing the HR activity of the Group

- Monitoring, analyzing, and developing policies and procedures

- Developing and implementing systems to support the business decision

- Ensuring compliance with the group rules and the local governmental regulation

Click: Next on the right part of the page and go to the next category

Institute: Name the institution you graduated from: ex: Bucharest University

Period: Year to Year, ex. 2004 - 2006

Description: degree, specialization, ex: Master’s Degree, History of southeast Europe

To add another, Click Save changes (on the left part of the page)

Click: Next on the right part of the page and go to the next category

Title: Name of the certification, ex. Risk Management Practices

Change portfolio picture: insert a photo of the document

Link: only if you have an online portfolio

To add another, Click Save changes (on the left part of the page)

Click: Next on the right part of the page and go to the next category

E-mail: your current email address, used for correspondence

Phone Number: your current phone number

Address: address of residence

City of Residence: the city or town you live in presently

Country of Residence: the country you live in presently

Click: Next on the right part of the page and go to the next category

On the top of the page, You will see the message Profile status: Inactive.

Your profile will be active, after the review by the administrator of the website.

For your profile to be matched all the fileds must be completed, the video presentation and portfolio included.

To book an introductory call or establish a session with a mentor or buy a product or a service, please find below how to do this.

Go to the Mentors page.

Select the mentor you want to meet with.

Click on the Book button after the Introductory call.

Choose a date.

Click book.

An email will be sent to you with the details of the meeting.

In my account, you will see the introductory call booked.

Go to the Mentors page.

Select the mentor you want to meet with.

Click on the Book button after the Session.

Choose the number of sessions you want. Click Next Step.

Choose a date. Click Next Step.

Click Confirm booking.

An email will be sent to you with the details of the meeting.

Go to the Benefits page.

Select the Benefit you want.

Choose the product/service you want.

Click Claim.

The details of the product/service chosen. Click Confirm.

An email will be sent to you with the details.
