ICF Certified Coach, Trainer, Business consultant

I am a certified Trainer, a business consultant, and an ICF certified Coach, specialized in Emotions Centered Coaching and NeuroMindfulness.
As a coach, a mentor and a trainer, my mission is to accompany people on a journey of learning, self-awareness, and change of perspective, in which to identify if their actions are aligned with their values, beliefs, and emotions.
Currently, due to my deep interest in working with emotions, from a professional and personal perspective, I design, deliver and facilitate emotional intelligence training and workshops aiming to help people increase their emotional literacy.
Also, recently, I launched my podcast Emotions Talk, in which I share through 5minutes-long Emotions Pills how to reach a better understanding and management of emotions.

I spent over 13 years in corporations, during which I developed and improved my project management skills, by understanding business challenges in various industries, the dynamics of teamwork, the rigidity of projects, and the urgency of deadlines.
My most relevant corporate experience is represented by the 8 years in M&A – Corporate Finance within KPMG Romania, and by the 4 years in Strategy & Business Planning within RBS Bank.
Due to my robust finance background, I have expertise in corporate finance and business strategy, with thorough hands-on business planning and financial modeling, financial and commercial due diligence, projects and companies’ valuation, transaction structuring, and financing.
I am no stranger to changes of perspective in my career; thus, I also focused on people management activities in addition to my project management work.
Since 2014, I have had the opportunity to be there for others in their professional journey through recruitment, training, coaching, and mentoring.
Starting with 2019, I focused on creating meaningful and safe relationships through coaching and mentoring as a professional.
To help me in this endeavor, I graduated from the Mind Learners coaching school, and attended the courses of several coaching programs. In addition, I graduated from the BWFR leadership program, which provided me the proper training to guide and support people who are either thinking about starting a business or are in their start-up process.
Education and continuous development are a priority for me; thus, I consider myself a constant learner. I graduated from the Faculty of Finance at ASE Bucharest in 2008, the Faculty of Law, and the Master in Business Law from Dimitrie Cantemir University in Bucharest, in 2009 and 2010. In addition, in the fall of 2020, I became a student at the Faculty of Psychology within Babeş Bolyai University Cluj Napoca, to further evolve professionally.

I remember having the work-life balance conversation, especially when my work activities and work environment were not aligned with my values, emotions, and mission.
I understood that “work” is part of “life” and that, as long as my work activity is not fulfilling my life mission, I’ll always be struggling with anxiety, impostor syndrome, and burnout.
In the summer of 2021, I had a career shift from corporate to freelancing, providing training and coaching services.
I quit a 12h/day corporate job that ensured the security of receiving a monthly salary, for a 24/7 freelancing job that guarantees the freedom of designing my schedule and my activities, and that provides opportunities of working with shared-values people.
Shifting my career was not an overnight decision. I am a strategy and planning expert, so I used my skills in preparing for this transition, which involved making savings, learning and practicing new skills in training and coaching, and performing pro-bono activities during weekends and holidays, all in a consistent manner. And it was all worth it.

My mission is to accompany people on a journey of learning, self-awareness, and change of perspective; thus, as a mentor, I share my expertise, knowledge, and experience, to help people achieve business success, from a:
- Business perspective – by providing insights on the design and delivery of a business pitch, and valuable guidelines, to build solid financial projections
- Human perspective – by identifying beliefs that hold them back, allowing them to voice fears, and overcoming a lack of self-confidence, to help kick-start a new business or grow an established one.
