Hi, I am Nicoleta!
I am a seasoned human capital professional with 15+ years of coaching and HR consulting experience. In human resources, I learned that people are different, and it’s essential to find the right language for each one of them and that everyone needs to be seen and validated.

Becoming a mother was the trigger for change for me and the starting point for embracing the path of entrepreneurship and coaching, guiding others to discover their path, their leadership potential, and meaning. Currently, I am a Professional Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation. For almost five years now, I’ve accompanied individuals, groups, and teams on journeys of self-discovery and growth.

When I am not coaching, I am busy with parenting :), reading about neuroscience, and enjoying long walks!

I bring into my practice the strong reflection of patterns and beliefs, my patience, and the ability to help people feel empowered. I create a space of authenticity and safety.

As a coach, my goal is to offer my client an outside perspective on own mindsets and attitudes that invites reflection and change. I invite a safe space where the client can be genuine and vulnerable in pursuit of well-being, clarity, and sense as the foundation of any endeavored transformation. I accompany the client into translating own insights into concrete actions towards the desired output. I bring in this space a touch of humor, kindness, and candidness, and the promise of value authenticity and professionalism.

Main coaching topics: role transition, career change, mother’s reintegration after maternity leave, work-life balance, self leadership, team leadership, conflict management.

Professional Certified Coach, Team & Management Development, Working Parents, Career Transitions, Mentor

I am curious about what motivates people and I like to help so my steps towards a career in human resources were quite natural.
When I became a mother, I wanted a different type of impact so I made this career change and now I am a professional coach.

I work with:
🔸Managers who want to refine their leadership skills, who want to increase their awareness, who want to support their teams more transparently and authentically.
🔸Professionals who are going or want to go through a professional transition and need clarity on this path.
🔸Parents who want to know who they are beyond their parenting role.
🔸Teams that want to increase their transparency, trust, collaboration and performance.

Becoming a mother was the trigger for change for me, and the starting point for embracing the path of entrepreneurship and coaching, guiding others to discover their path, their leadership potential, and meaning

I wanted more flexibility and more time with my children but also to do things just for myself, and work on my mission.
So it was a challenging process in accommodating these different needs.

It is a continuous awareness process of what I am putting my focus on.

Mentoring is my way of contributing and having an impact.

The answer to uncertainty is not certainty, it is experimenting!
