About me
With over 15 years of experience, my areas of expertise are women's rights,
children's rights, family law and conflict mediation.
As a legal adviser, I have had the opportunity to be part of various
professional backgrounds and to interact with different work teams, which has
allowed me to develop my complex expertise in family and workplace legal issues.
As a mediator, I work with different perspectives and visions, I listen, I
communicate, I understand, everything to bring people together in finding a unique solution suitable for each of them.
My professional experience also includes:
- founding the Dana Barbu House of Mediation – www.db-mediators.ro
- being a permanent guest on the TV show „Pretuieste Viața” – TVR 1,
- writing three books on the rights of mothers, parents and children.
As a mother, I learn every day about the beauty of the human being from
my three fabulous children.

My beliefs
I believe that in order to be able to defend our rights, it is essential to know them. At the same time, I am convinced that the protection of our rights can be done elegantly, using reason and understanding, with the support of a mediator.
