On one side, I am a woman, a wife, a mother. On the other side, I am a marketing and organizational development professional and do everything in life with passion and
utmost dedication.

After I graduated Biology-Chemistry high school, I immediately started working as a Lab Assistant at Endocrinology Institute “C.I. Parhon”, while studying Economics at The Academy of Economics Studies. I wasn’t sure back then of what I wanted to do in the future, but I had the chance to be recruited by a foreign company and soon realize that marketing is my “life choice.” And it is….for over 15 years now.

Not only that the arrival of my child didn’t affect in any way my professional life, but that was the moment when I felt most fulfilled.

The idea of work-life balance is a bit obsolete; as life became more dynamic than ever, I would use the word “blend” rather than balance. It always depends on the situation:
sometimes, I need to allocate more time for work-related projects, but I always find time for my family. I’ve learned so far that on any given day, in this work-life blending,
something will suffer, and I have to be OK with that.

Being a mentor makes me feel grateful for giving something back; it reminds me why I am passionate in the first place and makes me feel happy for having an impact on someone’s life.

It is also a message to my potential mentees, a statement that I recently read and loved: “If you cannot see where you are going, ask someone who has been there before” (J.
Loren Norris).
So, I invite you to ask me - I will be there to answer you with all my heart!
