I'm Oana Chitescu, a teenager's mother and passionate about innovative ideas.
As a professional, I am concerned with offering the most creative solutions.
My greatest joy is to help as many children and young people who are suffering and in need as possible.

I am a person who received technical, economic, and journalist-communicator education. I sailed a lot through life through professional training and reached my passion, journalism, and advertising, long after maturity. I graduated from college with a master's degree in the joy of communicating creatively.

I've always known that I want everything I do to be creative and innovative.
That's how I ended up working in a creative agency. A creative hub where a marketing and communication company and an NGO specialized in educational topics, a fantastic destination, dream job, and hobby "gathered together." I'm lucky, aren't I?

I am the proud mother of a perfect teenager. There is no more creative job and hobby than parenting. The appearance of the child does not change. It exalts a woman.
Work-life balance is the definition of happiness for me. Hard to find. I don't know anyone who has managed to stay in the perfect balance in the long run.
Mentor ... the term is too picky for me. But I would be happy to inspire people and strengthen careers and indecisive souls.
