I gladly accepted the invitation to be part of the She is Mom Family. I feel very honored to share my experience as a dance teacher with the Romanian public.
Everyday life is quite stressful, and dance is the ideal therapy to regain the smile and balance we need.
I have been living in southern Germany for over 10 years. In 2012 I started professional training as a dance teacher at the "ADTV Tanzschule Trautz und Salmen" in Augsburg, one of Germany's most prestigious dance schools. This systematic, didactic and practical training lasted five years. During this time, I´ve graduated a lot of exams, open lessons, workshops, and seminars.
My specialties are Line Dance, Salsa and Bachata, Hip-Hop, dances for children, and Ballroom Dances such as Tango, Slow and Viennese Waltz, Quickstep, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Samba, etc.
Currently, I am a member of the Association of Dance Teachers in Germany, and I´m working as a dance instructor in a beautiful town in Bavaria. My strong point is the ability to transmit the love, passion, and joy of dancing. But, I'm a dance teacher, not a dancer!
Line Dance is my favorite class. It comes from the USA and doesn´t require a dance partner. It is known for country music, but not only. The musical styles in Line Dance are very different and suit all tastes. Line Dance can be learned at any age, that's why it is a huge success in Germany. First of all, it trains the brain and stimulates neural connections but also improves motor coordination. A dance specially created for the mind, body, and soul.
I want to bring it and make it known in Romania as well. Line Dance is responsible for a good mood, joy, and enthusiasm!
