DARE (Development Advice & Resources) is a consulting company focusing on helping organizations realize the potential in their people and on helping people discover their talents.

I am Corina Neagu
I have more than 20 years of experience in HR. I became an entrepreneur in Human Resources and Leadership Consulting in 2014. I founded Dare (www.dare.com.ro) in 2016 as I always dared to dream, to want, to create, to share more and more, and to do good.
I have trained, mentored, and career coached thousands of people starting in 2010, including teenagers, students, and employees in many organizations. I started to deliver HR and management training in Asia (Singapore, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Qatar, and Bangkok) in 2015.
In 2015 I also became an HR and Management professor at the Business Academy in Bucharest.
In 2020 I founded Sweets & Spices (www.sweetsandspices.ro) as I am passionate about healthy food and nicely wrapped gifts.
I am a mentor in the Professional Women's Network, She is Mom & Scoala de HR, and I volunteer in many organizations. I am also a Trainer/Associate at PDT Global and deliver Diversity & Inclusion workshops.
I am passionate about everything I do, and my mission is to change the world step by step through education. My motto is: "Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible." - Dalai Lama.

Diversity and Inclusion Workshops
The workshops on Diversity and Inclusion are the key to successful diverse, inclusive workplaces. The ability to collaborate, communicate, and effectively manage people of all backgrounds is essential for today’s workforce.
All people will benefit from these workshops. During the sessions, you will learn about tools to enable yourselves, and to create strategies for effective communication between employees of different cultures, backgrounds, religions, sexual orientations, education levels, etc.

Topics will include:
• Perception – and how it affects communication in the workplace;
• Understanding how cultural inclusiveness increases efficiency in the workplace;
