About Me

I love figures, and I am known for my data analysis passion. I had done control charts analysing how much my triplets ate during their first six months of life. That is how much I love big data analysis. But I am also brilliant at working with people both as a leader and as a project manager. I have more than 13 years of experience working in the Finance and Accounting outsourcing industry, having various roles, from People manager to project manager, trainer, or process lead.

I inspire people around me by showing that one can be a mother of 4 and still capable of managing large deals and delight customers. I lead with passion, and I love innovating for results in a very disruptive environment.
I am most proud to have created R.I.T.A. 10 years ago (when automation was still a new territory), a tool for automated task allocation and reporting. This tool improved productivity by 10% by reducing manual work and standardizing reporting across all deals (500+ people back then).
As Portfolio Lead at Accenture, I manage several finance projects leading teams of 150+ people. I am responsible for the overall performance of the deals. I play an important role in sales processes, validating solutions and showcasing best-in-class processes.
I've worn several hats in the last 12+ years in Accenture: from the team leader, process expert, change and project manager, trainer to a salesperson. My most recent accomplishments were that I managed to reshape and create several developmental programs for financial specialists in the C.E.E. region, doubling the number of regional Business Advisors.
I relish when I help clients smoothly integrate their finance department into the outsourcing world, being a real coach and partner on their transformation journey in the digital era.
Restorative by nature, I love to perform deep-dive analysis on a broken process and identify new, better ways of working.
