Mihaela-Katerina Dobroiu

Katerina is a start-up generalist who combines skills in various domains gained through experience with public, private, national, international, and non-profit organizations; as a board member and an entrepreneur.
In the startup world, she acts at C-level to strategize, educate about, and implement telemedicine services in Romania to improve access to quality healthcare and improve patients’ experiences.
With her company, Invest Cluj, she advises and guides businesses establishing themselves in Northwestern Romania. She is currently part of a team setting up an association to raise awareness about and educate on virtual care.
